Backroads Boutique ships to the USA only at this time. 

We offer a flat $6.95  flat rate on shipping. 

DOMESTIC (WITHIN THE US)

All orders are processed within 1-5 days. Orders take 7-10 business days from shipment date to be delivered.   Personalized orders will take longer and we will give you a timeframe on those orders via email. 

Please make sure the address we are shipping to is a secure address. If packages are stolen we will try our best to help but we are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.  

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER? 
  • You can track your order by visiting www.USPS.com
  • Enter your tracking number in the search field (Please be advised: a tracking number is only sent to your email address once we have prepared your package for shipment and delivery).
  • Please allow 24 - 48 hours for your tracking information to be updated on the www.USPS.com site from the time you receive your tracking information email from our team.   

 I HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY PACKAGE, WHAT SHOULD I DO? 

  • Should you not receive your package, please contact our team at          jjchildrensky@gmail.com to assist you in locating your order.
